As
a partner in the BPR Organisation, Stéphane Ratel
is in charge of all television matters and is also
involved in prospecting potential sponsors. Three
world leaders, Shell, Kärcher and Tissot, become
partners in the Series. In January 1995, Stephane
Ratel Organisation Ltd is incorporated in England.
It takes over
the organisation of the Venturi Trophy, which is now
independent of the factory. It is renamed the
“Philippe Charriol Supersport Trophy”. In
fulfilment of a dream, and a with a common ambition
to beat the McLarens, Stephane Ratel and Michel Ferté
team up to form the Pilot Aldix Team with two
Ferrari F40s. After being the first Ferrari to
finish Le Mans since 1981, the Pilot Aldix Ferrari
F40LM, driven by Michel Ferté and Olivier Thévenin,
is the only Ferrari to win a race in1995, beating
McLaren at Anderstorp (Sweden).
